Home Community Participation > Customer Education Financial literacy is a powerful tool to uplift communities and ensure customers can confidently manage their finances. A financial literacy programme has been developed through partnerships with educational organisations to ensure that areas of basic financial literacy are presented to the community in an informative and interactive manner. The effect on customers is inspiring as they take control of their finances and make financial decisions that have a lasting impact on the long-term wellbeing of themselves and their families.
