How to make banking safer for you
- Keep your savings book or ATM card in a safe place
- Never allow other people to use your ATM or debit card if you have one. Do NOT give your PIN to anybody, not even to your Ubank consultant
- Do not give your savings book to another person
- Keep your fixed deposit certificate or other paperwork in a safe place
- Don’t accept help from strangers at an ATM
What if you find yourself short of money?
- If you find yourself in financial trouble please speak to your Ubank sales consultant urgently.
- Please make sure you let us know if there are any changes to your address or contact numbers.
